These terms govern your use of jetransmovers.com (the "website"), operated by Jetrans Global Freight ("Jetrans"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.

Access to the website

We try to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. You are responsible for your own equipment and internet connection.

Interactive services

Forms, the quote calculator and the contact tools collect the information you enter. We use it to respond and to provide services as described in our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate details. We may refuse or remove any submission we consider abusive.

Quotes and estimates

The calculator shows an indicative range only. It is not an offer, a booking or a guaranteed price. Actual rates, transit times and surcharges depend on carrier space, cargo details, fuel, currency, port and customs conditions, and are confirmed only in a written quotation from us.

Shipment tracking service

Tracking information reflects the latest data available to us from our operations team and partners. Positions and milestones can be delayed or estimated, and estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Access is limited to people holding a valid tracking ID. Do not share a tracking ID in a way that exposes confidential cargo information.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law permits, Jetrans is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including reliance on estimates or tracking data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Freight services are governed by the written terms of each booking and the standard trading conditions that apply to it, not by these website terms.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by or licensed to Jetrans and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content.

Status of these terms

These terms apply only to the website. They are separate from any contract for freight, warehousing or customs services, which is made in writing. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jetrans Global Freight is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
