Client feedback
“Our Rotterdam to Lagos lane used to miss cut-offs every month. With a single desk owning the booking, the customs file and the trucking, it has not missed one since.”
“Temperature logs arrive with the proof of delivery. Our quality team stopped chasing paperwork and started closing audits early.”
“We consolidated four forwarders into one. Landed cost became predictable, and the control tower flags a late vessel days before our buyers ask.”

Ask the deskWe bill the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Volumetric divisors are 6,000 cm³ per kg for air, 3,000 cm³ per kg for road and 1,000 kg per CBM for ocean LCL.
At minimum a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. Many lanes also need a certificate of origin, import licence or product-specific permits. Your broker confirms the exact list at booking.
That depends on the Incoterm. Under DAP the consignee pays import duties and VAT; under DDP the shipper does. We can quote both and advise which suits your buyer.
Carrier liability is limited by international conventions and is usually far below cargo value. We recommend all-risks cargo insurance, which can be added to any quote at a percentage of invoice value.
Yes, subject to classification. Send the safety data sheet and UN number with your request. Reefer and pharma-grade cold chain is available on ocean and air lanes.
